FAQs About the Pro-Act Microbial Septic Clear™
Treatment
Why add more microbes if there are already some naturally entering the system?
Yes, there are microbes that enter your septic system naturally, mainly from
humans, but these are not resistant to all the household pollutants that enter
your system. Cleaners, grease, fat and more are poured in on a daily basis,
killing the fragile microbes. Septic Clear’s mix of microbes is made to be more
resistant to those pollutants and will continue to eat away at the layers of
sludge in your tank.
Is Septic Clear environmentally friendly?
Septic Clear is made from a mix of microbes and growth enhancers without any
harmful chemicals. It’s completely natural and not only safe but helpful to your
septic system. And since Septic Clear is completely natural, there will be no
problems when the effluent enters the leach field.
How often do I need to treat my septic system?
A monthly application of Septic Clear will maintain a healthy microbial balance
in your system. For even better results, use a quarter of the recommend dosage
weekly.
